General Information:
The online map reservation service is designed to guarantee you a map and to minimise on-the-day form filling. Participants with a reserved map just come and run.
For Forest, but not Street-O events, you will also need dibber. If you do not have one a hire dibber can be reserved on the site.
Logon is required before you can reserve a map to minimise spam and also to give participants the ability to review, delete, or modify by deleting and reentering, their reservations.
There are several options for logon: Google, Yahoo, OpenID choose whichever is most convenient for you. Some of these will ask you to trust mapreservation.org.uk with your data and you will need to say yes. Only a userID is actually requested.
Some events require you to pay online through the Stripe payment processing service. The payment page is hosted by Stripe and the card and security details entered are only seen by Stripe.
Note that it is not possible to cancel entries that have been paid for due to the relatively high processing charges.
